ISW employ a team of FSW’s that can offer a bespoke package of family support. This can meet the needs of the local authority and family. The FSW can focus on support a parent may need at a frequency that meets the parent and children’s needs. This work can be completed when the children are living with the parents or adults who need to be supported or when they have a different placement/home address.
