We will work with your family to look at support we can offer with a focus on promoting and protecting family relationships. We are keen to offer your family a competent and consistent service. We tend to allocate workers to you family, offering consistency to your family and working towards you feeling confident and comfortable when using our service. We ask that any plans for sessions are provided one working day in advance to ensure the children attending and our staff are adequately prepared for activities taking place.
We will provide reports upon request and by agreement.
At the start of our work we will establish expectations from all adults and our service.

One of our team can support children and their families to have video contact through a range of platforms including zoom, teams, WhatsApp and FaceTime. We can support the child in person or remotely.
Where parents are unable to meet, we can facilitate a safe space for the children to transition between adults. This can take place in our centre or in the community with one of our staff.
We are able to support parents and children to have indirect contact via letters, video messages and gifts. We are able to help parents and children organise and participate in this contact.
